With Sensei watching over your network, our consultants are alerted to a wide range of problems and potential problems with your servers, workstations or network equipment, sending alerts that can be responded to in an appropriate manner. Sensei’s support staff has extensive experience analyzing the alerts sent out by the monitored devices, so we can determine which alerts are critical and which can wait to be addressed during a regular maintenance visit, saving you money and downtime. Under Sensei’s watchful eye, most problems are identified before they have a major business impact. This constant observation will lower your IT costs by scheduling downtime and repairs in advance instead of needing emergency service when important components stop working. Our 24/7 network monitoring service monitors server, workstation and network device health and provides our consultants the ability to analyze alerts, monitor critical services, disk space, computer patch status and even storage array health.
