We will provide a time-phased plan for documentation, implementation, and training that's clear and realistic, as well as customizable. We will assist you with scoping the project, setting criteria, and understanding any trade-offs associated with a solution. Because we actually have the ability to “do” what we recommend, we can implement the projects from concept to creation. We won’t recommend a solution and distance ourselves by asking you to have someone else implement it.
