than $400,000 in Revenues

Sensei principals Sharon D. Nelson, Esq. and John W. Simek were awarded the coveted “Foonie” award by the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Section. The award is given to authors whose books have generated revenues in excess of $100,000.00. In this case, the Electronic Evidence Handbook: Forms, Guidelines and Checklists has brought in revenues of four times that amount, making it one of the most popular books ever published by the Section. The award is named after the legendary Jay G. Foonberg, whose seminal How to Start and Build a Law Practice is now in its 5th edition and the best-selling book ever published by the Section.
