
With more than ten industry certifications, Robert E. Kinnell has been a part of Information Technology and its constant changes for over eighteen years. In his various systems integration roles, he has had responsibility for IT departments in three multi-billion dollar companies (Fannie Mae, Perot Systems, and Lockheed Martin). As the head of Lockheed Martin’s Compass Computer Services division, Robert helped Compass earn a reputation in the industry as a trustworthy and reliable technology partner.
As Sensei’s Director of Information Technology, Robert continues to lead the members of the Compass organization and Sensei’s IT professionals in providing top-notch consulting services that increase employee efficiency through technology while improving network resilience, security, mobile functionality and business continuity.


Michael McLaurin is a Senior Consultant and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) at Sensei Enterprises, Inc. He is also a Certified Cisco Network Associate, Cisco Secure PIX Firewall Advanced certified and Certified Novell Engineer.
Prior to coming to Sensei Enterprises, Michael worked with Compass Computer Services, Inc. for eleven years, providing security, network, and technology consulting for both large-sized and small-sized clients. As a result of his tenure with Compass, He gained extensive experience in troubleshooting, designing, implementing, and engineering complex networks. Michael also has significant experience with systems integration, conducting security reviews, and designing security systems and solutions for a wide range of clients, including the Justices of the United States Supreme Court.
He received his law degree from The American University, Washington College of Law and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.


Charles Speer is a Senior Consultant with Sensei Enterprises. He has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) since 1998.
Charles is responsible for managing the accounts of more than 20 of the company’s clients, which consist primarily of law firms and financial service providers. He is also the primary technical contact for these clients, providing consulting, project management, network engineering and end-user support on a daily basis. In addition, Charles plans and implements a wide variety of technology solutions, including the integration of major e-mail systems, disaster recovery, Internet connectivity, desktop deployments, remote access, PDAs, and security solutions. And with nearly 10 years of experience working with law firms, he has also implemented and supports many legal-specific software packages.
As one of the company’s Senior Consultants, Charles serves as a mentor to other staff members for both technical and client relations matters. He is active with the company’s business development functions and is credited with growing the firm’s client base.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.


Kevin D. Colina joins Sensei Enterprises, Inc. as a Consultant with over 8 years of experience as an IT professional. He came to Sensei when Compass Computer Services became part of the company, and worked with Lockheed Martin prior to his time at Compass.
Kevin holds an MCSA 2000/2003 – Messaging certification and MCP, and is currently working towards getting his MCSE 2003. He specializes and is certified in Windows 2003 Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and Comp Tia A+/Network +. He is very fluent with Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional and Windows Vista.
He is currently working towards his A.A. degree in Network Administration at NOVA with less than 10 credits to go.
His Microsoft Certified Professional ID number is 3077415.


Matt Leo is a Consultant at Sensei Enterprises, Inc. He possesses an extensive background in computers that first began in the 1980s when floppy disks were actually floppy and hard drives did not exist. Today, he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is currently pursuing his second MCSE certification.
Matt received his Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Chemistry from Ferrum College, Virginia. While he did not pursue his love of computers while in college, he soon went back to working with them in 1999 when he began to work in a Network Operations Center at Spacenet, Inc. He ultimately went back to school and received his MCSE a number of years later.
His technical expertise includes hardware installation and troubleshooting, Mac OS X support, website development and maintenance, server maintenance and cabling.
