Electronic Evidence Case Digest
A Searchable Archive of Electronic Evidence Cases
The Electronic Case Digest is a compilation of digests covering all cases in which decisions have somehow focused on the law as it relates to electronic evidence.
Many cases, of course, involve electronic evidence but that evidence is not itself the subject of the opinion. These decisions touch on such things as whether it is permissible to search a home computer and under what circumstances, how electronic evidence is to be authenticated and when electronic evidence may be deemed “inaccessible” and therefore need not be produced.
